Here are the questions that you should ask yourself daily

  • Where do I want to go? (Begin with the end in mind)
  • Where am I now? (This is your starting point)
  • What Is my next goal? (Rank? Cruise? Both?)
  • What activities will it take to get there? (Today, This week, This month?)
  • When do I need to do this by? (Be very specific)
  • What Is the one activity I can do today that will get me closer to my goal? (eg, while being on tonight’s zoom Is good, contacting a prospect tonight and registering a new Brand Ambassador is MUCH better – Never confuse activity with progress!)

Our compensation plan is built in two parts.

  1. First Is the run to 3 Star! This is to set your foundation by getting you to have people in both of your binary legs, as well as have volume in 6 different personal legs. While you have 52 weeks to complete It, I would get this done as fast as you can!
  2. Second is what gets you paid! 3-star elite and above are all 4-week qualifications and are based on your number of cycles. This will happen naturally If you focus on helping your people In depth reach their goals.

Below is our compensation plan, and I have added the expected Income for the cycling ranks, assuming you hit it every month.
You can obviously divide this by 12 to get monthly Incomes or by 52 to get weekly Incomes.

I have also left the final three ranks blank because it will be less about the cycles
that cap at 600 a week and more about the Check match on how many leaders you have built!

SET THE FOUNDATION ********************************

  • Brand Ambassador: Pays enrollment fee, signs Distributor Agreement, can earn PIB, can earn retail commissions, can earn CAB, placed on binary tree, cannot accumulate binary volume.
  • Qualified Brand Ambassador: Accumulate 100 PV from personal or customer orders in the last 52 weeks. Enroll 1 Brand Ambassador on the left and 1 Brand Ambassador on the right.
  • 1 Star: Accumulate 800 PGV (max 200 PGV per enroller tree leg) in the last 52 weeks. Minimum 300 CV on each binary side (right and left).
  • 2 Star: Accumulate 1,200 PGV (max 300 PGV per enroller tree leg) in the last 52 weeks. Minimum 400 CV on each binary side (right and left).
  • 3 Star: Accumulate 3,600 PGV (max 600 PGV per enroller tree leg) in the last 52 weeks. Minimum 900 CV on each binary side (right and left).

  • 4 Star Director: Active at 120 PV; Generate 200 binary cycles in a 4-week period; Two 3Star legs (One 3Star per enroller tree leg) in last 52 weeks ($100,000 to $200,000+ per year – Check match off a big leader could take this over 250K)
  • 5 Star Director: Active at 120 PV; Generate 500 binary cycles in a 4-week period; Four 3Star legs (One 3Star per enroller tree leg) in last 52weeks. ($250,000 to $500,000+ per year – Check match off a big leader could take this over 750K)
  • 6 Star Director: Active at 120 PV; Generate 1,000 binary cycles in a 4-week period; Six 3 Star legs (One 3 Star per enroller tree leg) in last 52 weeks. ($500,000 to $1,000,000+ per year – Check match off big leaders could take this over $1,500,000)
